6 New Modes Revealed in Battlefield 6 Codes
Battlefield 6, which has just launched, is attracting attention with its wide variety of gameplay options. However, it appears EA won’t limit its offerings to players to just that. Data miners have found lines of code for six new, as-yet-unannounced game modes in the game’s multiplayer files. It’s anticipated that these modes will be added to the game in future seasons.
6 New Game Modes on the Way for Battlefield 6
The game modes EA hasn’t officially announced yet, but have been spotted in the files, are as follows:
- Raid: A mode that prioritizes team-based missions and objective defenses.
- Payload: A competitive transport mode where players try to deliver a specific payload to a target point.
- Sabotage: A mission mode based on sabotaging strategic points and collapsing enemy lines.
- Squad Shootout: A fast-paced mode where small teams duke it out in close-quarters combat.
- Strikepoint: A mode based on territory control and tactical advancement; coming with Season 1: Rogue Ops on October 28th.
- Tank Hunt: An explosion-filled mode where armored vehicles are hunted; it will feature intense vehicle combat.
EA has only confirmed Strikepoint and Sabotage so far. Strikepoint will be available on October 28th, and Sabotage on November 18th with the California Resistance event. No official dates have been released for the other four modes, but they are expected to become available in subsequent seasons.
The addition of new modes is considered part of Battlefield 6’s long-term content plan. EA aims to keep its player community vibrant with regular updates and seasonal events.
Game critics say Battlefield 6 has delivered one of the series’ best releases since Battlefield 1 in 2016. With new modes, the gaming experience looks set to become even more dynamic. It seems the Battlefield 6 battlefield won’t be empty for long.
