Assassin’s Creed Shadows Price Cut
The Collector’s Edition of Assassin’s Creed Shadows has received a significant price cut. The game has become $50 cheaper after the planned early access and season pass were canceled. The Collector’s Edition, which was previously on sale for $279.99, will now be available for $229.99.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Delay and Price Change
Ubisoft has decided to delay the release of Assassin’s Creed Shadows, acknowledging that the game needs further development. The postponement follows a price cut and early access cancellation, which aims to mitigate the impact of the controversy surrounding the game’s launch. With these changes, the Collector’s Edition will now be available on launch day and there will be no early access at launch.
The Assassin’s Creed Shadows Collector’s Edition, priced at $229.99 or €239.99, will still include the game’s physical and digital content. However, some of the previous bonuses will not be included due to the canceled early access and season pass. Players can still expect a comprehensive content experience, although the dev team has indicated that it may make some changes to the design.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows Release Date
Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be released on PC and consoles on February 14, 2025. The game will also be available on Steam from day one, aiming to reach a wider audience.
