Battlefield 6 Closed and Open Beta Dates Leaked
Beta testing dates for Battlefield 6, one of the most talked-about FPS games of the year, have been leaked. With the game’s release just two months away, insiders say Electronic Arts is planning two separate betas in August: a closed and an open one. During these sessions, players will be able to experience the game’s multiplayer mode and gain a deeper understanding of Battlefield 6 through early access.
Battlefield 6 Beta Schedule and Access Details Revealed
Battlefield 6’s first closed beta will reportedly take place on August 7-8. Players interested in participating in this test will be able to access the game through codes obtained from Twitch streams or by pre-ordering the game. This period, particularly with numerous content creators playing the game live, will also be the first major showcase for the community.
The closed beta will be immediately followed by an open beta phase from August 9–10. All players will be able to participate in this phase, with no pre-order required. The open beta will be a critical test of the game’s performance and server infrastructure.
Not only that, a second open beta is also expected to take place from August 14–17. This second phase will allow for testing improvements made after data was collected during the first beta.
The full version of Battlefield 6 will be released on October 10, 2025, for Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 5, and PC for $69.99. The release date of the yet-to-be-announced Battle Royale mode remains a matter of curiosity.
