EA FC 26 Career Mode Rewritten

With FC 26, EA Sports is bringing its biggest innovations to career mode yet. While Ultimate Team and online play are typically the most prominent features, this time around, the career mode has also been significantly overhauled. Significant changes are made to both the gameplay dynamics and the manager experience. The goal is to address the most frequently cited complaints about FC 25 and provide players with a more realistic and challenging experience.

EA FC 26 Career Mode Is Now More Dynamic and Realistic

In FC 26, players will now face special challenges in career mode, which change weekly and monthly. For example, scenarios like winning the league with only players from the youth academy or staying in the league with minus 20 points can be played at any time during the season. These challenges not only change the atmosphere but also offer rewards like licensed retro kits and season ticket progression.

In addition to challenges, a new system called the “Manager Market” is being introduced. The departure of rival managers from their teams will now be handled in a much more dynamic way. Players can apply to replace managers who have been dismissed or transferred by other clubs, and other teams can even make direct offers to managers who have enjoyed successful careers.

On the gameplay front, certain moves, such as trivela shots, have been made exclusive to players with special abilities. At the same time, AI defending has been weakened, goalkeeper responsiveness has been improved, and passing tempo has been increased. All these adjustments make career mode more realistic and tactical. Thanks to “authentic gameplay settings,” the offline experience now feels less arcade-like and more simulation-like.

FC 26 transforms career mode beyond transfers and matches, leaving players with challenges, decisions, and strategic choices throughout the season. EA FC 26 will offer a much deeper career experience for both managers and football fans.
