While expressing her satisfaction with the interest, she also expressed surprise that no return offers have been forthcoming.

Sophie Turner later portrayed the younger version of the character in the film. Marvel Studios has been protracted in its process of integrating X-Men into the MCU. Kevin Feige previously stated that the X-Men roster would be revamped. It was also announced that original cast members Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, and Kelsey Grammer would appear in Avengers: Doomsday. However, it has been confirmed that Famke Janssen and Halle Berry will not be returning. Berry has also stated in the past that she has not received any offers.
