GEN V Season 2 Final Trailer Released

Prime Video’s teen superhero series GEN V, set in the universe of The Boys, is set to return with its second season. The new trailer, released at San Diego Comic-Con 2025, showcases both the return of old characters and the emergence of new threats. The series reveals not only the war at Godolkin University but also the growing conflict between Supes and humanity.

GEN V Season 2 Storms the Universe of The Boys

The trailer features scenes featuring Jaz Sinclair’s Marie Moreau in a fierce confrontation with Supes Dogknott. However, this scene brings a surprising helping hand: Erin Moriarty’s Starlight, who joins the cast. This suggests that the second season of GEN V will feature more familiar faces from The Boys.

Series creator Eric Kripke announced that the recently deceased Chance Perdomo (Andre Anderson) will not be replaced by a new actor, and that the script has been re-imagined to honor his memory. The production team plans to pay special tributes throughout the season to honor Perdomo’s legacy.

In the new season, Marie, Jordan, and Emma return to Godolkin University and find themselves caught in the middle of a growing war both on and off campus. The new dean, Dean Cipher (Hamish Linklater), introduces a dangerous curriculum promising the students their greatest power yet, while they uncover traces of a dark agenda dating back to the university’s founding. Marie’s central role in this scheme adds depth to the story.

The second season cast includes Lizze Broadway, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, and Sean Patrick Thomas. The trailer clearly reveals that a dark, high-pressure season awaits. GEN V season 2 brings not only lessons but also chaos to the Godolkin campus.
