GTA 6’s Second Trailer Breaks Record

Rockstar Games’ highly anticipated game GTA 6 has left its fans with an unprecedented wait time of 379 days since its first trailer was released. While the game’s second trailer has still not been released, this has caused Rockstar to break the record for the longest wait time between trailers. The first trailer was released on December 4, 2023 and created great excitement. However, the fact that no clear date has been given for the second trailer is increasing fans’ impatience.

GTA 6’s Second Trailer Breaks Record

Record Time Between GTA 6 Trailers

Although Rockstar Games is known for its long wait times between trailers, GTA 6 has left other productions behind in this regard. For example, 378 days passed between the first and second trailers for GTA 5. However, GTA 6 broke a new record by increasing this period to 379 days. As examples of shorter wait times, there were only 91 days between trailers for GTA 4 and 208 days for Red Dead Redemption.

This long wait not only tests the patience of fans, but also reinforces rumors that the game’s release date, which was set for 2025, may be postponed. Some sources suggest that GTA 6 could be pushed back to early 2026.

Rockstar Games’ marketing strategy is based on creating great anticipation. The company manages the promotional process according to its own pace, knowing that demand for its games will never decrease. However, this situation increases fans’ speculation. It is estimated that the second trailer could be released in the first months of 2025.

GTA 6 will be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S and is expected to set a new standard in the gaming world. However, due to long waiting times and uncertainties, it is a matter of curiosity whether Rockstar will be able to complete its marketing campaign on time.
