Countdown Has Started for House of the Dead 2: Remake
According to the statement, House of the Dead 2: Remake will be available on Steam, GOG and Nintendo Switch platforms on August 7. The price has been set at $24.99. The renewed version will once again take the players to the depths of the zombie-filled city. The game, which combines the classic rail shooter experience with modern graphics and improved music, aims to offer nostalgia and next-generation features together.
Players will try to neutralize the dangerous creatures that have taken control of the city, either alone or with their friends in cooperative mode, by choosing one of the characters, Agent James or Gary. The development team stated that the game will remain faithful to the original story and will include a remastered soundtrack in addition to classic music.
Different game modes will also await players in House of the Dead 2: Remake. In addition to the classic campaign mode, Boss Mode will test players’ speed against the game’s challenging bosses. In addition, Training Mode will offer various training scenarios for those who want to improve their skills before the mission. These features aim to enrich the experience of players and increase replayability.
On the other hand, the House of the Dead universe will not be limited to just the game. Famous director Paul WS Anderson has rolled up his sleeves to bring the series to the big screen. Anderson, known for game adaptations such as Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil, will take part in this project as both a screenwriter and producer. House of the Dead fans will expect plenty of zombie action both on screen and in movie theaters in the coming period.
