[Leak] Silent Hill Franchise Roadmap
Famous leaker has teased a Silent Hill release roadmap through 2028.
Silent Hill Roadmap
The team behind the franchise has revealed quite a few upcoming projects, but has not offered many details on most of them. Silent Hill f, which is set to come out in September 2025, has gotten a fair bit of attention, but Konami also announced the spin-off Silent Hill: Townfall in 2022 with little offered beyond the initial one-minute trailer since. While Konami may be tight-lipped about its future games, a leaker has just offered some more clarity.
Horror game leaker Dusk Golem took to Twitter to detail what fans can expect from the Silent Hill franchise in terms of release windows. According to the timeline, which Dusk Golem admits is “a guess” and subject to change, Townfall will come out in 2026 after Silent Hill f drops later this year. It also has the Silent Hill remake Konami surprise-revealed in June coming out a year later in 2027. The leaker claims Bloober Team started work on the remake roughly three years ago, which, if true, would line up with a 2027 drop and would make sense in light of its Silent Hill 2 remake’s 2024 release.
Most intriguingly, Dusk Golem says an “internal SH game” could come out in 2028. It’s unclear what exactly that means beyond something Konami is developing itself, which makes the case for it being a mainline entry in the series. Both the Silent Hill remake and Townfall are being developed by third-party studios, so this 2028 release could be a long-awaited sequel. Considering that Silent Hill f is confirmed to be a standalone game, Konami’s next crack at the series could potentially go back to the main timeline and follow up on earlier titles.
