Life is Strange: Double Exposure Will Respect All Endings of First Game
Deck Nine has confirmed that the upcoming Life is Strange: Double Exposure will respect all endings of first game.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure Ending Confusion
Life is Strange: Double Exposure is announced and the game will make players once again controll Max Caufield character, the familiar face we know from first game. The first Life is Strange game featured two endings, with sacrificing Arcadia Bay or sacrificing Chloe Price. Life is Strange games generally prefered to not make a canon ending since it features more than one, but when it comes to make sequel for game, decision has to be made.
In a recent reveal live stream for Life is Strange: Double Exposure, game director Jonathan Stauder confirmed how the game will handle the original’s final important choice. “It was really important for us at Deck Nine that, if we were going to make another Max adventure, that the game would have to respect both of those endings and Double Exposure does that very thing.” Stauder also confirmed that “Max’s thoughts, her journal, her SMS, her interactions with other characters” will be used to explore that difficult choice in Life is Strange, which players will make all over again in an early conversation in the game.
Currently we don’t have any information about if the game will feature Arcadia Bay or Chloe Price, but it’s good to know that the game will respect all endings. Life is Strange: Double Exposure will make it’s launch on October 29, 2024. These questions will be answered once new trailer drops or the game make it’s launch.
