MindsEye Gameplay Video Leaked

The highly anticipated MindsEye has made headlines with a major leak less than a month before its release. The game’s first major project, the studio founded by former Rockstar executive Leslie Benzies, has begun to spread online with gameplay footage secretly shared by a publisher. The images show early details about the open-world driving and combat mechanics.

MindsEye Leak Gives All the Game Details

Developed by Build a Rocket Boy, MindsEye has long been expected to offer a “GTA-like” experience. However, the game’s marketing process has been rather quiet. Now, leaked gameplay footage has given players the opportunity to get a direct glimpse of it for the first time. While the videos shared on Reddit have caused some users to hear about the game for the first time, the content includes driving and gunfights.

Although the content in the images is not yet complete, it gives an idea about the general feel of the game. While some players think that the production offers an impressive world, others say that the experience resembles an ordinary third-person shooter. It is unclear whether there will be a movement in the promotional campaign before the game’s release after this leak.

Especially during the period when Grand Theft Auto 6 was delayed, interest in alternative open-world projects such as MindsEye has increased. However, the weak promotions made so far pose the risk of the game being released without attracting attention. This leak also serves as an important test for Build a Rocket Boy.

MindsEye will be released on June 10 for PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series platforms. Now, all eyes are on what kind of promotional strategy the studio will follow after these early images. How much the game can show its potential will largely depend on the moves made in this last month.
