PS5 Version of Forza Horizon 5 Postponed

Microsoft’s Xbox exclusive Forza Horizon series is one of the most popular and played open-world racing games. Forza Horizon 5, the fifth game in the series, was highly acclaimed by players and sold millions of copies. However, it turned out that the planned version of the game for PlayStation 5 was unexpectedly delayed.

Why was the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 5 delayed?

According to a leak from reliable source eXtasls, the PS5 port of Forza Horizon 5 was ready and scheduled for release this summer. However, for reasons as yet unknown, the game’s release has been delayed. The delay is surprising considering that Forza Horizon 5 is expected to be a big hit on Black Friday and Christmas sales.

Some licensing issues are thought to be behind the delay of the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 5. Also, possible changes in Microsoft’s strategy to bring Xbox exclusives to other platforms may have also contributed to the delay. However, a game as successful as Forza Horizon 5 is expected to come to PlayStation after the record-breaking Game Pass platform.

Forza Horizon fans are hoping that future games in the series will also come to the PlayStation platform. Considering that Forza Horizon 6 will also be released for PS5, it will be inevitable for the series to reach a wider audience.
