SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada Story Trailer Released
Developed by Bandai Namco and Game Studio, SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada has attracted attention with its newly released story trailer. Set in 2222, in a world where humanity has been brought to the brink of extinction by a toxic rain called “New Moon Tears”, the game offers a survival and exploration-focused experience. In this post-apocalyptic universe, players control a character named Drifter to collect rare AO Crystals and try to survive on a dangerous surface full of enemies.
SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada Story and Gameplay Mechanics
The game’s story takes place in a world where humanity is forced to live in underground shelters due to toxic rain and deformed creatures. Players work with the AI supporter Magus to fight creatures called “Enders” and fight for resources on the dangerous surface. Magus stands out as a customizable AI partner who guides the player through exploration, combat and loot collection processes.
Playing a critical role in gameplay, the bipedal vehicles called CRADLECOFFIN are designed to withstand the harsh conditions on the surface. Players can customize these mechanical vehicles with different parts and weapons to suit their own play style. In addition, collecting resources and producing new parts are of great importance for survival on the surface.
SYNDUALITY: Echo of Ada will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC platforms on January 23, 2025. Deluxe Edition owners will be able to access the game early starting on January 16. Bandai Namco will offer players a strategy and action-packed story in a post-apocalyptic universe.
