The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife Review

The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife is a simulation game which you manage your own nightclub and become successful nightclub owner from starting zero.

The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife: Offering Enjoyable Management

The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife is a nightclub management game which you run your own nightclub and try to make it at top from starting zero. First you start from scratch, you have nothing, after arranging few jobs, you got some money and decorate your club, then start working. You hire new staff and then the adventure starts. The game also offers idle experience, which you can also play it while you are watching a video or movie. Staff works automaticly, as long as there are enough resourcement. While your staff is working, you can also customize your nightclub and make it better while you are earning money.

There are upgrades you can get for either City or for your Nightclub. For City, you can start working on undercover works such as selling drugs, money or weapon. This will increase your payment but it’s high risk high reward. Since you are getting better each day, mobs can attack your nightclub or even kill your staff and then you will have to hire new ones. This happened to me a lot after I start selling drugs in game. As for the Nightclub, you can get upgrades such as Gamble room or VIP Room. After unlocking Gamble Room, your customers can also invite you to gamble with them. You might lose a lot of money during this state.

There are not much options for furnishings, probably for now, developers might add more furnishings after the game releases. Furnishings has rarity, this also unlocks with further Nightclub upgrades. This starts from one star to three stars. Getting to three starts is kinda easy but money management is important because you might run out of money easily if you lose your staff or work on other jobs such as selling weapons and such. Once you get into the line, your work goes smoothly to the end but management is important because money comes hard and goes so easily.

In my experience, I wasted a lot of money to make the nightclub better looking and hire new staff. After getting into other jobs, my nightclub got attacked often and lost my guards because of that. That’s why paying attention to staff skills are important. For guards, you have to focus on their strength, as for the waiters, you have to pay attention to speed and charisma. Some customers doesn’t like the service if waiters doesn’t have high charisma or service. But in order to get better staff, you have to cycle your page often, which costs money for reason. That actually annoyed me because my money go waste until I notice that. That’s why I think getting better staff is hard in this game.

What Would I Recommend to Change in The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife?

I enjoyed my experience in the game, personally, I don’t spend much time on games such as repetetive gameplay but The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife worth my time. With management upgrades and improving options, the game keeps you in game for a while. But since it’s on the Early Access right now, it need some changes. One thing I can recommend is that improving city a little bit. In this state, city feels empty, our job is in the nightclub yes, but I would love to see a living city along with it.

In the game, we have to buy stuff for our club, but we need to buy it manually, which is not good in my opinion. We go to shop and carry it to our nightclub, which feels slow. If developers add auto refill everything option, it might help a lot.

I also would recommend to add more side quests to earn easy money for our nightclub. Maybe we can fight with other nightclub owners and earn bunch of money from that. Making the player feel the rise theirself would help player to power in their hand. These are small stuff but it can help the experience get better in time.

I also would enjoy a lot if the time passes faster in the nightclub. Even if you are on the last speed, the time passes so slow that you earn money slow and you need money in order to make other jobs besides nightclub management and these are not cheap.

The Future of The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife

I personally see the future of The Boss Gangsters: Nightlife bright. If developers earn enough money, they can this game better and it can reach out more players who enjoy this kind of games.

We wish BEF Games success and hopefully the game gets better in the further updates. Also we are grateful to experience this game before launch.

7/10
