Xbox Games Showcase 2025 was one of the most comprehensive events of the year with its structure centered on gamers. Step into the Dark Future with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7

The seventh game in the Black Ops series takes place in 2035 and covers a period when psychological warfare is at its peak. The team led by David Mason fights against an enemy that uses fear as a weapon, while players are at the center of the action in both single and multiplayer modes. With a co-op story mode, a classic multiplayer experience filled with new maps, and a dark-themed zombie section, Black Ops 7 takes the series forward in both technical and narrative terms.

Clockwork Revolution: Change Time, Rewrite the City

inXile’s steampunk-themed RPG game Clockwork Revolution has revealed the dark sides of the city of Avalon. In this universe where Lady Ironwood reshapes the past, players will have the chance to go back in time and change events. The game, which draws attention with its time travel-themed storyline, weapon crafting and reactive narrative, was introduced as the studio’s most ambitious project to date.

Gears of War: Reloaded Trailer Released, Beta Date Given

Gears of War: Reloaded brings the classic series to the modern age with 4K resolution, 60 FPS campaign, 120 FPS multiplayer support and cross-platform features. The game, which will be released on August 26, 2025, will enter the beta process simultaneously on all platforms. The multiplayer beta will start on June 13, and Game Pass Ultimate members and digital version owners will be able to participate in the process.

New Bugs, New Locations with Grounded 2

Grounded 2 takes players to a new setting called Brookhollow Park. Expanding on the series’ miniature world, the game now features mounted insects and improved gameplay with useful tools like the new Omni-Tool. Available on Steam Early Access and Xbox Game Preview on July 29, the game is being developed in collaboration with Eidos-Montréal and is powered by community feedback from the first game.

Keeper: An Adventure with a Walking Lighthouse

Double Fine’s new game Keeper invites players to a fantasy world where they control a walking lighthouse. This living structure, which interacts with the environment with its light beam, embarks on a journey to a mysterious island with its bird friend. The game, which draws attention with its psychedelic design, original narrative and mystical atmosphere, will be released on October 17, 2025.

Ninja Gaiden 4: Yakumo’s Story Begins

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4: Foundry Demo Released Today

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4, a remake of the classic skateboarding game, will be released on July 11. Featuring career modes, speed races, and freestyle skating, the game is available to Game Pass members starting today with the Foundry demo. Aniimo: A Monster-Collecting Adventure in a Living World
