Survival action game Atomfall returns with its first major story expansion. Announced by Rebellion Developments, The Red Strain will take players to a mysterious location and reveal brand new secrets. The expansion, which has a confirmed release date, will be revealed with more details in the coming weeks.
Atomfall: The Red Strain is Coming
Developer Rebellion has stated that the expansion will center on a “top-secret new area.” Within this area, players will find unique surprises, both atmospheric and gameplay. While full details haven’t been released yet, it’s emphasized that The Red Strain will offer content that expands the story of the main game.
Atomfall is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store). It’s also available in the library for Game Pass subscribers. This will allow the new expansion to reach a wide range of players simultaneously.
