Bam Margera Officially Returns to Tony Hawk 3+4
After months of rumors, it has been officially confirmed that Bam Margera will be appearing in the new Tony Hawk game, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4. There were previously rumors that he was removed from the game, but it turns out that Tony Hawk himself stepped in and Margera was added to the cast.
How Bam Margera Came Back to the Tony Hawk Series?
Margera’s return was announced via a video posted on the game’s official YouTube channel. The video shows the famous skateboarder’s face scans, as well as preparations for character animations. “I was so caught up in the second Tony Hawk game that I was missing flights because of it. I decided to turn the game off after missing six flights,” Margera said in a statement.
Bam Margera joined the series in 2001 with Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and has appeared in a total of seven games. Margera, who last appeared in Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground in 2007, has now stepped onto the digital skateboard again after 17 years.
The development team places special emphasis on the return of classic characters in order to meet fans’ nostalgic expectations. Margera’s inclusion in the game is a result of this approach. The character, whose facial modeling and voice-overs have been completed, is planned to be reintroduced to fans in his original form.
Margera’s participation has increased interest in the new game. It is interpreted as a nostalgic and exciting development for both old fans and new players. The release date of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3+4 has been set as July 11, 2025.
