Black Myth: Wukong September 2025 Update is Live

Black Myth: Wukong Xbox Update Details
The patch, announced by Game Science, specifically targets Xbox Series X users. One of the most frequently reported visual issues by players, blurry imagery, was linked to a “ghosting” bug caused by global illumination. The update fixes this issue and announces clearer visuals in both Balance and Quality modes.
Additionally, critical issues affecting gameplay have been addressed. The disappearance of some boss characters and quest disruptions in the Mount Huaguo region have been addressed, as have the issue of certain side quests becoming unprogressible due to incorrect dialogue endings. This will allow players to experience the story without interruption.
The update also addresses crashes and bugs experienced during gameplay. Frequent player reports of temporary crashes and technical issues that prevented progression have been largely addressed with the new patch. This ensures Xbox users have a smoother experience when completing achievements and side quests.
Control delays when navigating language options in the Settings menu have also been addressed. This seemingly minor detail makes the menu experience smoother for users. Game Science states that it will continue to release new updates based on player feedback in the future.
