Bloodborne Played on PC
Bloodborne fans have been waiting for a PC port for a long time, but PlayStation’s lack of action has been disappointing. While a remaster of Horizon Zero Dawn was announced at PlayStation’s recent State of Play event, Bloodborne fans are angry that the game is still stuck on PS4. But the mod world has stepped in once again, and efforts are underway to make Bloodborne playable on PC.
How Bloodborne Played on PC
In July, a developer working on a PS4 emulator called ShadPS4 announced that he had managed to get Bloodborne’s title screen working on PC. In the weeks that followed, the game’s opening scenes began to run smoothly. Finally, one user, Yapush_Khu, claimed to have finished the game from start to finish with almost no issues. He noted that Bloodborne is now playable on PC and that he has access to all of its DLC.
However, the game doesn’t run as smoothly on PS4. Yapush_Khu stated that he had to use mods to play the game and that there were graphical problems such as shading and lighting. In particular, the lack of fire effects made some boss battles more challenging. Despite this, Bloodborne’s PC emulation is considered a significant improvement.
