Borderlands 3 Victory With One Life On Hardest Mode

While it’s not easy to survive in Borderlands 3, one player managed to complete the entire game on the highest difficulty level without falling down once. This record-breaking game, which does not feature the “Fight For Your Life” system at all, includes both the base campaign and all downloadable content.

Borderlands 3 Victory Without Falling Down in Mayhem Mode

Twitch streamer LazyData achieved a rare feat in gaming history by playing Borderlands 3 from start to finish on the highest difficulty Mayhem Mode. In this fight played on Mayhem level 10, enemies’ health points are significantly increased, while randomly added gameplay modifiers increase the difficulty.

In the Borderlands series, players fall to the ground when their health is depleted, and a system called “Fight For Your Life” is activated. If an enemy is killed during this stage, the character can be revived. However, LazyData progressed without using this mechanic at all. She only fell to the ground in a scene that the game required depending on the scenario — an inevitable and coded moment in the game.

LazyData used the character Amara in this difficult fight and preferred a structure that it called “Hellzerker”. This structure is based on an aggressive play style and requires the player to be constantly on the move. Interestingly, this structure contains almost no healing mechanics. In other words, success was achieved only by attacking and being alert at all times.

This special game that was made included the basic scenario of Borderlands 3, as well as all downloadable content and end-game events. Passing the game’s toughest enemies without making a single mistake was highly appreciated by the community. In such a race where a single hit could end everything, the performance was recorded as a remarkable record.
