Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Will Be Free for a Week

Activision has announced that Call of Duty fans who have not yet purchased or played Black Ops 6 through Game Pass will be given a free trial next week. The 7-day free trial, which will be available on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, will begin on Friday, December 13 and will run through Friday, December 20.

According to the infographic shared by Activision, players who participate in the free trial will be able to experience Team Deathmatch, Hardpoint, Domination, Kill Confirmed, Kill Order, and Prop Hunt modes. In addition, Racket, Hacienda, Extraction, Hideout, Heirloom, and Nuketown Holiday maps will be included in the trial.

There is also good news for players who love the Zombies mode. Black Ops 6’s free trial will offer a taste of the Zombies mode with Standard and Managed versions of Liberty Falls and Terminus. However, it is not yet clear whether the XP progress players earn during the trial will transfer to the full version of the game. Activision is expected to share more details on this subject before the free trial begins.

Microsoft has stated that Black Ops 6 had a commercially successful launch. The company said the game was “the biggest Call of Duty launch ever” and broke records in Game Pass subscriptions on launch day.

The 7-day free trial will provide players who have yet to experience Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 with a chance to explore what the game has to offer. The details shared by Activision show that the trial includes important parts of the game.
