Chibi-Robo! Coming to Switch 2
While the Nintendo Switch 2 isn’t filling up with new games as quickly as expected, it continues to deliver a nostalgic vibe with its Nintendo Classics portal. Chibi-Robo!, a beloved GameCube-era title, has been added to this special collection. However, accessing this game requires a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscription.
Chibi-Robo! in the Switch 2 Library
Released for the GameCube in 2006, Chibi-Robo! welcomes players to the Sanderson family home. Standing just four inches tall, this lovable robot works day and night to brighten the family’s lives and bring them happiness. Tasked with everything from cleaning the house to finding lost items, Chibi-Robo! aims to top the Chibi-Rankings list by collecting Happy Points and Moolah.
As you progress through the game, legend has it that Chibi-Robo can transform into his “Super Chibi-Robo” form. However, this journey isn’t easy; a girl who speaks frog, toys that come to life in the absence of humans, and the Sanderson house filled with mysteries offer players both a fun and challenging experience.
The Chibi-Robo! version, coming to Switch 2, shares its place with other iconic classics like F-Zero GX, Super Mario Strikers, and The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker on the Nintendo Classics portal. Because these titles are available exclusively to Expansion Pack subscribers, the collection’s value is steadily increasing within the Nintendo community.
Nintendo has also released a special trailer for the Switch 2 version of Chibi-Robo!. The trailer highlights the game’s nostalgic graphics, colorful characters, and detailed home environment. This is a great opportunity for both longtime fans and newcomers to enter the world of Chibi-Robo!.
