Corepunk is now available in Early Access
After a long wait, Corepunk has finally entered early access. Developed by Artificial Core, this MMORPG is set to offer players a unique experience in a rich and immersive world. Corepunk offers a dynamic and player-driven universe with deep character customization options, an engaging fog mechanic, and seamless PvE and PvP experiences.
Delays and Postponements End for Corepunk
After years of delays and postponements, Corepunk’s early access period has finally begun. Artificial Core, the developer of the game, announced last night that Corepunk is now available to players. However, the team also emphasized that this is still an early access period and the game will continue to be developed.
“We hope you have a great time exploring Corepunk,” the dev team said on Corepunk’s Discord channel. “Please remember that this is Early Access and the game still needs a lot of work. If you notice that your skins are not displaying correctly based on the packs you purchased, don’t worry, we will fix this in the next few days. We’re also working on fixing any other bugs that may arise.”
Corepunk features a rich and immersive world presented from an isometric perspective. In this world, players will battle monsters, defeat champions and explore a highly atmospheric environment. The game’s diverse classes and complex skill trees offer unique gameplay styles. Corepunk’s rich cyber-fantasy setting and engaging storyline invite players to embark on an adventure that is both strategic and visually stunning.
The press release states that the game’s Ukrainian development team sees this as “the final stage of alpha testing”. In other words, Corepunk’s early access period is actually an extended alpha test.
The current early access version of Corepunk offers more than 300 hours of quality content. However, the development team plans to add a lot of content that has been delayed due to technical work in the coming months.
With the early access period, pre-order packs are being removed and replaced with new early access packs. Corepunk is not yet available on Steam, so we don’t know exactly how much interest the game has received. The official launch is planned for the end of 2025.
