According to the company’s statement, net profit for 2024 was recorded as approximately 470 million Polish zlotys. This figure represents CD Projekt Red’s highest profit ever for a year without a major new game release. Cyberpunk 2077 generated approximately 600 million zlotys in revenue throughout 2024, with the majority of this revenue coming from the Phantom Liberty expansion. According to the company’s data, Cyberpunk 2077 has sold a total of 30 million copies to date, while Phantom Liberty has reached 8 million sales.

In addition, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, released in 2015, is still generating revenue. Despite the passing of years, this game continues to be an important element that contributes to CD Projekt Red’s financial stability.

The company is working full speed ahead on Witcher 4. The game, which was announced to be in production in late 2024, received great attention at The Game Awards. CD Projekt Red stated that the game’s trailer surpassed its giant competitors such as Elden Ring in terms of viewing numbers and received wide coverage in the press. Rumors that Ciri will be the main character of the new game have already created great excitement among fans.

CD Projekt Red also announced that it is working on new projects to expand the Cyberpunk universe. These projects include a Netflix animated series and a MacOS version of Cyberpunk 2077. With these new projects, the company aims to further develop both The Witcher and Cyberpunk brands.
