Disciples Domination Announced for Console and PC

Kalypso Media and Artefacts Studio have officially announced Disciples: Domination, the new game in the Disciples series. Developed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC (Steam), the game will launch in 2026. Players expect turn-based battles and deep strategic decisions set in a dark fantasy universe.

Disciples: Domination Comes with a Dark Story

Disciples: Domination continues the story of Queen Avyanna, who freed Nevendaar from the oppression of the gods in the previous installment. However, this time, Avyanna appears as a ruler who fears her own power, loses allies, and grapples with the chaos created by an unknown force. Players will face challenging choices that will determine the queen’s fate and the future of Nevendaar.

The game features a faster-paced, grid-based tactical combat system enhanced by dynamic events. Strategically exploiting each unit’s strengths and weaknesses, combining faction abilities, and enhancing your army with new skills will transform the course of battles.

Players will be able to recruit soldiers from five different factions and upgrade them to create powerful units tailored to their playstyle. Along the way, they’ll gain trusted companions and utilize both their combat and exploration abilities.

The world of Nevendaar is introduced to players through a real-time exploration system. Exploring darkly atmospheric regions, meeting new characters, facing dangerous enemies, and deepening the story with side quests will be key elements of the game. Furthermore, the Mountain Clans, aka dwarves, eagerly awaited by fans of the series, return in this installment. However, whether they choose them as friends or foes will be entirely up to the player.
