The release date for Dragon Age: The Veilguard is set for October 31, 2024, merely a few weeks before the tenth anniversary of Dragon Age: Inquisition. Whereas its predecessor attempted to ride a fine line between fast-paced and strategic combat, The Veilguard is fully embracing a Mass Effect approach to gameplay, and will feature a deep dive into high-level content on August 19th, 2024, alongside a showcase of how the game runs on the PC.
While the debut trailer for Dragon Age: The Veilguard was met with controversy, public opinion on the game has steadily begun to shift in a positive direction. Coming off the heels of Andromeda and Anthem, BioWare has a lot to prove with Dragon Age: The Veilguard, as it attempts to be a worthy sequel to 2014’s Game of the Year.
In addition to posting the hardware requirements on the Electronic Arts page for The Veilguard, the exact specifications were also shared on Steam by BioWare, and they could certainly be considered generous by modern standards. While Frostbite is an extremely optimized engine, the stylized graphics of Dragon Age: The Veilguard also contribute to the lowered requirements on the PC. Players can pre-order the PC version of Dragon Age: The Veilguard for $59.99, which will come with the iconic Blood Dragon armor for all three classes.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard doesn’t require that much high specs for PC. But players should definitely have SSD otherwise there might be some load issues while playing the game.
