Elden Ring: Nightreign Will Be Accessible at Different Times on Different Platforms

Although the new content pack will be released on May 30, early access to the game will be possible in some regions. For example, console users on the West Coast of the US will be able to log in to the game at 9:00 PM on May 29. Players on the East Coast will have to wait until midnight on May 30. This small difference is due to regional time zones.

The situation is a bit different for PC users. According to Bandai Namco’s statement, access to the game via Steam will start a few hours before consoles in some regions. PC users, especially on the east coast of the US, will be able to play Elden Ring: Nightreign on May 29 at 18:00. PC users in Europe will generally be able to access the game starting at midnight on May 30.

Another noteworthy point among the information from FromSoftware was the multiplayer experience. The game’s director Junya Ishizaki stated that the focus was on a three-person team structure and that two-person matches were overlooked during the development process. However, when players noticed this situation, it was announced that an update for two-person teams would be evaluated in the future.

Finally, the game can be pre-loaded for PlayStation, Xbox and Steam users 48 hours in advance. In other words, players will be able to download the files before the release time and start the game directly without waiting for midnight.
