Epic Games Distributed 600 Million Games in 2024

Epic’s program provided players with an average of $2,229 worth of games per person. The company announced that free games campaigns will continue unabated in 2025.
Growth of the Epic Games Store
In 2024, the Epic Games Store increased its number of users and games significantly. The total number of games on the store exceeded 4,000, while 1,100 new games were added to the platform. The number of users reached 295 million, an increase of 25 million compared to 2023. The total number of users using Epic’s cross-platform account increased to 898 million.
Epic stated that the proliferation of self-publishing tools, programs such as Epic First Run and Now on Epic were effective in this growth. In addition, the store’s generous approach to revenue sharing also attracted the attention of developers.
