Assuming the leak that revealed the number of Epic Games Store free mystery games for the latest promotion is accurate, users should have seven more free games to look forward to in the days ahead. It’s impossible to say with certainty what those games are until they’re officially announced, as the previous EGS free mystery games have run the gamut of genres and budgets.
While Epic Games Store users wait to see what future free mystery games have in store, they can claim Ghostrunner 2 for their digital libraries. First released in 2023, Ghostunner 2 is a first-person platformer action game with a focus on parkour movement. It earned mostly positive reviews at the time of its release, and it should prove to be one of the more popular EGS free mystery games for the latest iteration of the promotion.
Ghostrunner 2 is free to claim on the Epic Games Store from now until Friday, December 27 at 10:00am CST, at which point it will be replaced by the next free game.
