Fallout 76 Subscribers Get Another Privilege
Fallout 76, which opens the door to a post-apocalyptic world, is making headlines not only for its content but also for its controversial Fallout 1st subscription system. Bethesda’s long-standing premium plan has provided players with various privileges. Now, a new feature added to the test servers offers subscribers a game-changing opportunity.
Unlimited Chem Storage Begins with Fallout 1st
Fallout 76 players have long debated the benefits of subscriptions, such as scrap boxes and ammunition. However, this time, the addition of the Doctor Bag Aid Box ushers in a new era. Subscribers can now store an unlimited amount of chem in their camps. Stimpaks, Super Stimpaks, Jets, Buffouts, and all other chems, which would normally cause significant weight issues, will now be stored freely in this box.
This new feature directly impacts the game’s mechanics. It significantly simplifies character builds, particularly those based on chem use. Previously, these items took up limited storage space and created a significant management problem. Now, subscribers will be relieved of this burden.
While Bethesda’s move increases the value of the subscription plan, it also sparks a new debate within the community. Some players argue that it disrupts the balance, while others believe it’s natural to offer such benefits in exchange for a monthly fee. Free players, in particular, argue that such privileges undermine in-game fairness.
This feature, added to Fallout 1st’s already offered benefits like dedicated servers, cosmetic items, survival tents, and Atoms packs, makes the plan practically indispensable. However, as with any new innovation, player reaction will determine the game’s future. The debate surrounding Fallout 76 seems far from over; on the contrary, each new addition further divides the community.
