Fallout Shelter Has Drawn Millions in 10 Years

Bethesda’s free management game Fallout Shelter has achieved great success worldwide in 10 years. The game, which was released in 2015, has been downloaded 230 million times to date across all platforms. To celebrate this important milestone, the development team is offering players a full range of events and attractive opportunities.

Fallout Shelter Celebrations Are Full of Surprises

Fallout Shelter quickly gained popularity by allowing players to build and manage their own shelters. Bethesda describes this decade-long adventure as “a decade full of adventure, excitement, and shelter building.” As part of the celebrations, special gifts await everyone who logs into the game between June 16-21.

During the event, players will be able to earn extra lunchboxes, Nukas, and special items. For example, 2 lunchboxes, 1 pet carrier, and 10 Nukas will be given on June 16-17, while these rewards will increase even more on June 20-21. In addition, lunchbox prices will be discounted by up to 70 percent in the in-game store until June 17.

Bethesda thanked players by saying, “We have added tons of new content to the game since 2015. You built shelters, sent your residents on adventures, kept the spirit of the Wasteland alive.” It also stated that this period is the right time for players who are new to Fallout Shelter.

The Fallout brand is not limited to games. Prime Video’s Fallout series has been renewed for a third season before the second season has even been released. These developments are proof that the Fallout universe will continue to attract fans for many more years. Bethesda also promises “another 10 years” for Fallout Shelter.
