Rockstar Games’ long-awaited GTA 6 release date discussions continue. The game’s publisher Take-Two Interactive says GTA 6 will be released in the fall of 2025. Is GTA 6 Release Date Uncertain?

Although Rockstar Games has not announced an official release date for GTA 6, Take-Two Interactive announced that the game will be released on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms in the fall of 2025. However, fans think that the game may face delays, as was the case with its previous games GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2. For example, GTA 5 was first announced in 2011 and was released in 2013 after being delayed three times.

Only 30% of users who participated in the DualShockers survey believe that the game will be released in 2025, while 38% expect it to be released in 2026. The remaining participants think that the game could be delayed until 2027 or later.

According to Take-Two’s statements, GTA 6 will initially be released only for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. However, no date was given for the PC version. Considering that GTA 5 will come to PC two years later, it is estimated that the PC version of GTA 6 could be released in 2027 at the earliest.

Fans are aware that Rockstar Games has entered a long development process for GTA 6. However, the possibility of the highly anticipated game being delayed increases fans’ impatience. With developments, both official statements and new leaks can shed light on these discussions.
