With the new trailer released, both gameplay details and information about the upcoming live broadcast were shared.

Return to the Control Universe with FBC: Firebreak

FBC: Firebreak takes place after the events of the Control game. Players become part of a special team formed against the Hiss threat and go on missions together. The game allows players to choose missions according to their desired duration and difficulty level. Both those looking for short-term action and those looking for longer-term missions can find content that suits their style.

The short gameplay scenes in the new trailer reveal the variety of dangers that players will encounter. One of the missions highlighted in the trailer, Paper Chase, draws attention with its challenging enemies and complex mission flow. This mission is presented as an important example in terms of showing what kind of rhythm the game will have.

Remedy Entertainment will provide more details about the game’s development process in a special live broadcast on April 24, 2025 at 15:00 Turkish time. The broadcast will show a full gameplay clip of the Paper Chase mission. This event looks set to be one of the most comprehensive presentations ahead of the game’s release.

Although no exact release date has been announced yet, FBC: Firebreak is expected to be released for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S in 2025. Remedy aims to offer an experience that appeals to different styles with this game that both stays true to the universe and brings a new breath of multiplayer. Players are eagerly waiting to get lost in this universe again after Control.
