Hitman World of Assassination Coming to iOS and iPad
Agent 47, one of gaming’s most beloved assassins, is now making his way to mobile devices. IO Interactive has released the Hitman World of Assassination experience for iPhone and iPad users starting August 27th. This will give players the opportunity to experience the three games in the series in one package, also within the Apple ecosystem.
Hitman World of Assassination on Mobile
The iOS and iPad versions of Hitman World of Assassination make all missions and areas accessible from day one. Expansive scenes stretching from Paris to Dubai can be played with touch controls. Players who prefer a more traditional experience can use supported controllers. Freelancer mode will be added to the mobile version in an update towards the end of the year.
The game is playable on the iPhone 16 series, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models, as well as iPad Pro, iPad Air, and iPad mini devices with M1 and A17 Pro chips. This makes this high-performance game compatible only with the latest Apple hardware.
Hitman World of Assassination is priced at £69.99. However, for those who want to experience each chapter individually, individual missions can be purchased for £2.99. Players can also try the ICA Facility training section and the Sebastian Principle Escalation mission in Dubai for free.
This move is part of IO Interactive’s strategy to bring the Hitman series to a wider audience. Apple users can now participate in Agent 47’s cold-blooded missions on their portable devices.
