Hogwarts Legacy Switch 2 Trailer Released
The Hogwarts Legacy version developed for Nintendo’s new console Switch 2 has been showcased for the first time with a gameplay trailer. The game’s publishers Warner Bros. Games and Portkey Games are preparing to offer players both technical innovations and special opportunities with the version to be released on June 5. The trailer highlights the improved graphic quality, faster loading times and special control support.
Hogwarts Legacy Coming to Switch 2 with Discounts and Improvements
The new version offers more precise control with Joy-Con 2 support, while the graphics and sound quality also appear to have been seriously updated. The visual effects of the spells and environmental details are among the prominent elements in the trailer. The Switch 2 version of the game is being developed by Krome Studios in collaboration with Avalanche Software.
The physical Standard Edition of the game will retail for $59.99 and will include a digital game card. The digital version is the same price. However, for those who have previously purchased Hogwarts Legacy on Nintendo Switch, there will be a special discount on the Switch 2 version. Owners of the physical version will need to use a special link in-game to activate this discount.
The Digital Deluxe Edition will be priced at $69.99. This version will include extra cosmetic content and various in-game perks. In addition, both the Deluxe and Standard editions will support cross-save across all platforms, making it easier for users to transfer their progress to the new console.
Hogwarts Legacy takes players into the wizarding world of the 1800s. Starting out at Hogwarts as a fifth-year student, players experience a variety of different experiences, including discovering magical creatures, learning spells, brewing potions, and customizing their characters. With the new Switch 2 version, this magical journey is now even more fluid and impressive. The game is already available on all other major platforms.
