Intel Core Ultra 300 Processor Power Consumption Revealed
New information has emerged about Intel’s planned Intel Core Ultra 300 processors this year. The preliminary power consumption values of the processors developed with the Panther Lake architecture have been leaked. According to the leaks, these processors will have power consumption levels ranging from 15W to 64W. The Panther Lake series, which is expected to be offered in three different configurations, seems to be an important step in terms of both performance and energy efficiency.
Intel Core Ultra 300 Models and Power Values
The Core Ultra 300 series is based on the Panther Lake architecture and comes in three models as follows:
- 4P+8E+4Xe3: Base power 25W, turbo power 64W
- 4P+8E+12Xe3: Base power 25W, turbo power 64W
- 4P+0E+4Xe3: Base power 15W, turbo power 55W
Here, P-Core represents performance, while E-Core represents energy efficiency-focused cores. The graphics cores are based on the Xe3 architecture.
Intel Core Ultra 300 processors are expected to be released towards the end of the year. Panther Lake-H models are planned to be used especially for high-performance laptops. These processors will stand out with features such as PCIe 5.0 support and improved GPU performance.
Considering that Intel recently launched the Core Ultra 200 series, the Core Ultra 300 series is expected to be on shelves in the last quarter of 2025 or early 2026. Intel’s new generation processors seem to attract users’ attention in terms of both energy efficiency and performance. Innovations that will be offered especially for laptops are eagerly awaited.
