InZoi Console Plans Are Becoming Clear
InZoi, one of the most popular life simulation games of recent times, has made a big splash in early access on Steam. While it is wondered whether the game will come to consoles, the developer team announced that work is ongoing for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. However, it has also been confirmed that the game will not come to old-generation consoles such as PS4. The game, which draws attention with its Unreal Engine 5 and artificial intelligence-based features, seems too heavy for old-generation hardware.
InZoi Coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S
According to the developers’ statement, InZoi will be adapted to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S platforms. It is stated that the game requires powerful hardware to fully benefit from the superior graphics and performance features offered by Unreal Engine 5. For this reason, it will not be possible to support old-generation consoles such as PS4 and Xbox One. Even PS4 Pro is insufficient to run these features.
Although the release date of the console version of InZoi has not yet been announced, the development team has signaled that the game may come to consoles “after the early access period on PC is completed.” It is also rumored that the game may be introduced in advance with a character creation feature on consoles.
InZoi draws attention with its game mechanics and innovative features inspired by the Sims series. Players think that EA has not seen great competition in the life simulation genre since The Sims 4. InZoi stands out with both its content and technical capabilities by filling this gap.
The game, which attracted great attention during the early access period on Steam, quickly became one of the most wishlisted productions. The developers state that the game will offer the best experience on more powerful consoles such as the PS5 Pro. More information about the console versions is expected to be shared in the coming months.
