Another striking clue has emerged from the eagerly awaited Doomsday storyline for Marvel fans. Images shared by the Russo brothers through their production company have raised the possibility of an unexpected connection between Iron Man and Doom within Doomsday. These mysterious clues have sparked considerable debate on social media, and theories surrounding Doomsday are increasingly proliferating.
Iron Man and Doom Theories About Doomsday
A short video shared on the social media account of the Russo brothers’ production company, AGBO, shows two employees back-to-back. The fact that one wears an Iron Man mask and the other a Doctor Doom mask has been considered significant symbols of Doomsday. The camera movement and visual language create a sense of “two sides of the same coin” between these two characters, raising new questions in fans’ minds.
The details in the video’s background also caught the eye. A shot featuring the costumes of Sue Storm, Doom, and Franklin Richards side by side caught the attention of comic book fans. These images, which connect to post-Fantastic Four scenes, were interpreted as suggesting that family dynamics and the balance of power could be addressed differently in Doomsday.
The theories are further bolstered when considering the 2015 Secret Wars comic book series. In the story, Doom creates Battleworld from the remnants of the universe and keeps Sue Storm and her children, Franklin and Valeria, with him. This event marks a major turning point for Reed Richards, and it’s rumored that a potential film adaptation will create similar emotional conflicts.
While Marvel hasn’t officially announced anything, the posts continue to raise expectations. There are hints that Doomsday will also explore the tension between the Avengers and the X-Men. The film will be released on December 18, 2026, followed by Secret Wars in 2027.
