Monster Hunter Wilds New Beta Dates

Monster Hunter Wilds’ second open beta test was originally set to last four days. According to Capcom’s statement, the new beta period is as follows:

Start: February 13, 2025, 05:00 CET

End: February 18, 2025, 04:59 CET

With this extension, players will have an extra day to test the game. Capcom stated that this decision will please PlayStation 5 players as well as players on other platforms. The beta will be playable on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC platforms.

The Monster Hunter Wilds beta has come to the fore with some performance issues. Steam players in particular reported that the performance issues experienced in the first open beta test last year continued. Similarly, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X users have occasionally complained about optimization deficiencies.

Capcom promises that these issues will be fixed and the game will perform much better in the full version, which will be released on February 28, 2025. Monster Hunter Wilds will also have a PlayStation 5 Pro Enhanced certification and support graphical features such as ray tracing.
