NVIDIA Reveals Three New Action Games Running at 500 FPS

NVIDIA made new announcements that will excite gamers at the GDC 2025 event. The company introduced three new action games called Lost Soul Aside, Stellar Blade, and Tides of Annihilation. It was emphasized that these games can provide performance up to 500 FPS with the GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card thanks to DLSS 4 technology. These games, each prepared by Asian-based developers, attract attention with both their graphic quality and high frame rates.

NVIDIA and DLSS 4 Technology

NVIDIA aims to take game performance to the next level with DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation technology. This technology allows games to run smoother while also increasing frame rates even at high resolutions. For example, Lost Soul Aside, which has been in development for a long time, impresses with its performance reaching 500 FPS. Developed with Unreal Engine 4, this game draws attention with its ray tracing support and will be released for PC and PlayStation 5 on May 30.

Another game is Stellar Blade, an action RPG by Korean developer Shift Up. The PlayStation 5 version of the game was a huge success last year. In the new images introduced by NVIDIA, it was seen that this game reached up to 371 FPS with DLSS 4 support. The PC version of the game is expected to be released in June.

The latest game introduced at the event, Tides of Annihilation, is an action-adventure game inspired by Arthurian legends. Developed with Unreal Engine 5, the game provides performance up to 359 FPS using DLSS 4 technology. Developed by Eclipse Glow Games, this production is scheduled for release in 2026.

NVIDIA demonstrated the performance of these three games with the new-generation GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card. Recorded at 4K resolution and with Performance Mode enabled, these images show how DLSS 4 technology enables high frame rates without sacrificing graphical quality. However, how this high performance will translate into real-world gaming experiences will not be clear until players test it.
