PS Plus April 2025 Free Game Leaked
As March draws to a close, PS Plus subscribers are eagerly awaiting which games will be free in April 2025. A leak that emerged recently suggests that Disney’s beloved classic Wall.E will be added to PS Plus Premium. On the other hand, Sony has definitively confirmed that Blue Prince will be added to PS Plus Extra in April. This game is considered one of the game of the year (GOTY) candidates by some critics.
PS Plus April 2025 Confirmed Free Games
According to the leak, one of the PS Plus April 2025 games will be Wall.E. The PS2 version of this Disney classic was previously spotted by rating agencies by Gematsu. While it was expected to be added to Premium games in March, this did not happen, strengthening the possibility that the game could come in April. In addition, the game’s trophy list was leaked online.
The PS2 version of Wall.E is coming to PS Plus Premium, which is great news for fans. The PS2 version offers a superior experience compared to the PSP version. However, Sony has not yet made an official statement on the subject.
Sony has announced one of the free games that will be added to PS Plus Extra in April: Blue Prince. This impressive puzzle-adventure game will be available to PS Plus Extra users on April 10. The game, which has received high praise from critics, features a story set in a mysterious mansion, filled with ever-changing corridors and rooms.
PC Gamer had rated Blue Prince as the GOTY of 2024 based on just a preview. Former Sony president Shuhei Yoshida also said that the game could be a candidate for Game of the Year in 2025. In addition, Tape 2 of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will be added to the Extra and Premium libraries on April 15. The first game in the series is currently playable.
The games that will be leaving the PS Plus library in April have also been announced. On April 1, games like Dragon Age Veilguard and Sonic Colors Ultimate will be removed from the Essential category. On April 15, popular games like Kena: Bridge of the Spirits and Slay the Spire will be removed from the Extra category.
