RuneScape: Dragonwilds Released in a Surprise Way
RuneScape: Dragonwilds, a brand new extension of the RuneScape world, has met with players in early access as of today. The game, which was announced only a few weeks ago, was opened to immediate access with a detailed gameplay demonstration in a live broadcast by developer Jagex. The production, which can be purchased on Steam, brings a different gameplay style to the RuneScape universe.
RuneScape Offers an Open World Survival Experience This Time
Dragonwilds has a very different structure from the classic RuneScape experience. The game combines open world, four-person co-op gameplay, survival and production mechanics. Still, it is stated that it remains faithful to RuneScape at its core; players can undertake quests, build houses using magic and fight enemies. Light RPG elements are also included in the structure of the game.
The main goal of the players is to defeat the dragon queen. However, you are not alone on this journey; you can embark on the adventure with your friends with multiplayer support for up to four people. This time, the dragons are not friends, but enemies. Offering a Valheim-like structure in terms of gameplay, the game also preserves RuneScape’s unique atmosphere.
In its press release, Jagex announced that it plans regular updates for Dragonwilds and will attach great importance to player feedback. For this reason, the game’s early access release indicates a development process that will be shaped by feedback from the community.
Offering a different experience under the RuneScape brand, Dragonwilds aims to stand out among many similar productions in this field with its mission-oriented progress. The early access version of the game has been released on Steam, and according to the information shared by Jagex, interaction with the community will be at the center of the development process.
