State of Play Announced for Ghost of Yōtei

PlayStation has announced that it will be hosting a special State of Play broadcast for the highly anticipated action game Ghost of Yotei. Hosted by Jason Connell and Nate Fox, creative directors of the game’s developer Sucker Punch, the event will give players an in-depth look at Atsu’s story and the game’s world. Ghost of Yotei is set in 1603, a journey of vengeance in northern Japan.

New Information About Ghost of Yotei is Coming

The Ghost of Yotei State of Play broadcast, which will take place on July 10, will last approximately 20 minutes. The broadcast will share information about main character Atsu’s new weapons, systems that will allow players to customize their journey, and various game modes. The broadcast can be watched live on PlayStation’s YouTube and Twitch channels.

Ghost of Yotei is Sucker Punch’s first major project after Ghost of Tsushima. The new production is also seen to offer an in-depth approach to Japanese history and culture. It is already estimated that the game will attract attention with its narrative language, character designs and atmosphere.
