Street Fighter 6 x Aespa Collab
Capcom is always keeping players’ engagement at the forefront regarding upcoming content, and new details about Street Fighter 6’s Sagat, the next DLC character, were recently shared with the community. Adding to the developer’s exciting production line, fans now have a limited-time collaboration to grab while the canvas is hot.
Announced via the official Street Fighter Twitter account, Capcom confirmed Street Fighter 6 was joining forces with the South Korean K-pop band Aespa. The crossover will offer themed collaboration items, a new commentator from visual artist Naevis, and a special Juri’s Collaboration Outfit coupled with a bonus K-pop-styled remix of Juri’s theme and Aespa-inspired visual effects before matches. Joining the K-pop collab, Street Fighter 6 recently teamed up with Monster Hunter Wilds, Capcom’s latest addition to the long-running action RPG series, and the fighting game dished up a crossover with Overwatch this year as well.
Players should be know that Juri’s outfit will only be available for one year, and all collaboration items will be available from July 4, 2025. Street Fighter 6 players had previously complained about the cost of TMNT skins, and some fans were keeping their fingers crossed that the K-pop collab would offer the outfit as a free bonus instead of a paid cosmetic.
Following the exciting crossover, the Capcom community still has a lot of DLC characters to look forward to in Street Fighter 6’s Year 3 release schedule. After Sagat debuts, C. Viper is next in line and the last DLC fighter to be added to the game this year. However, Alex and Ingrid have already been confirmed for a 2026 release, and players are reminded that even without the Year 3 character pass, all four DLC characters will appear in Masters in the World Tour mode.
