The Game Awards 2024 nominees has announced by Geoff Keighley. The event will be live on Thursday, December 12 and it will honor the best games released in 2024 while making huge world premiere announcements.

The Game Awards nominations cut off in early November, meaning that some major games were not eligible for the awards this year. This includes upcoming titles like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, STALKER 2, and Marvel Rivals. However, those games will be eligible for next year’s awards. That’s why 2023 VR game Asgard’s Wrath 2 is nominated under the VR/AR category.

The event will be live on Thursday, December 12.
