The Great War Is Coming in Helldivers 2

New leaks for Helldivers 2 show that a big war awaits players. It has been learned that updates are being worked on in Super Earth where cities will be included in the war. The game’s developer, Arrowhead, is preparing a brand new content where urban areas will now be defended instead of just rural areas. According to the data discovered by dataminer IronS1ghts, this new map type will include huge cities and destroyed environments. Players will fight against enemies known as Illuminate in these new environments.

Cities Join the War in Helldivers 2 Super Earth

Helldivers 2 is now preparing to add city maps to the game after the rural biomes in Super Earth. According to the leaks, these new urban biomes added to the game by Arrowhead will have special designs. However, for now, only Illuminate enemies can be fought in these areas. Other enemy types such as Automaton and Termanid are expected to be integrated into these maps in the future.

The leaker, IronS1ghts, stated that the Super Earth city maps are currently in the testing phase and that some items are placeholders. This update, which includes detailed city designs, will require players to develop new strategies. In addition to city maps, new weapons, vehicles and special equipment are also being added to the game.
