The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep Plot
The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep takes up a canonical storyline set between episodes five and six of the first season of Netflix’s live-action adaptation. Geralt takes a contract in a seaside town involving creatures known as ‘merpeople’. The story is adapted from one of Andrzej Sapkowski’s short stories “A Little Sacrifice” and follows Geralt as he embarks on a new adventure. The film will also feature beloved characters such as Yennefer (Anya Chalotra) and Jaskier (Joey Batey).
Doug Cockle is delighted to be back as Geralt of Rivia after almost a decade away. Cockle, who has previously said that he wants to play Geralt forever, is back in front of the fans in this movie. At an hour and a half long, the movie will be the longest The Witcher adaptation ever brought to the screen.
