WWE 2K25: Netflix Edition Coming
The WWE series is making an unexpected comeback. WWE 2K25: Netflix Edition, announced in early 2025, has finally been officially confirmed. A listing on the Google Play Store reveals that the game is a mobile-exclusive version.
WWE 2K25: Netflix Edition Will Offer a Mobile WrestleMania Experience
This special version of 2K Games’ popular wrestling series is being prepared for Netflix Games subscribers. While the game will be simpler than the console version, it still offers a comprehensive content package. Players will be able to step into the ring with over 40 superstars from RAW and SmackDown. The roster includes Roman Reigns, Rhea Ripley, The Rock, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
The Netflix Edition is designed with a custom touch control system and supports both offline and online modes. Players can engage in quick single matches or compete against real opponents in 1v1 or 2v2 PvP matches. Career Mode also returns, allowing you to climb the championship ladder with your chosen superstar.
The mobile version of WWE 2K25 features broadcast-style commentary, authentic arena entrances, and live WWE announcer voiceovers. These details add an unexpectedly cinematic feel to the game. The game also tracks player progress with an achievement system, offering rewards for earning titles in Legendary Challenges and climbing the online rankings.
A release date has not yet been announced for this version, which cannot be played without a Netflix subscription. However, it has been confirmed that the game will be available on both Android and iOS devices. It appears WWE 2K25: Netflix Edition will usher in a new era in mobile wrestling games.
