Mecha BREAK’s Prominent Features

Mecha BREAK stands out as an action-packed third-person shooter game filled with giant robots. The game offers three different modes focusing on both land and air combat: 3v3 Deathmatch, 6v6 Hero Shooter, and PvPvE Extraction Shooter. The Extraction Shooter mode in particular will feature teams of three struggling to survive on a large map of 200 square kilometers. Players will be able to collect loot and special materials for customizable robots.

Supported by Xbox, Amazing Seasun Games will integrate cross-platform support and cross-save features into the game on launch day. However, it is not yet clear whether these features will be available on the PlayStation 5 version that will be released later.

Mecha BREAK was first introduced at The Game Awards in 2023 and an open beta test was conducted for Xbox Series X|S in August 2024. During the beta process, the majority of players liked the overall structure of the game and made suggestions such as reducing the use of bots to improve the PvP experience. The development team announced that they will evaluate this feedback until the game launches.

Mecha BREAK will be released simultaneously on Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms in spring 2025. It has been confirmed that additional content will be added to the game with post-launch updates and that the PlayStation 5 version will meet players in the coming months. The game has already managed to enter over a million Steam wishlists and looks set to be one of the most notable productions of 2025.
