Xbox Gaming Copilot Beta Launches
Xbox has launched the beta phase of Gaming Copilot, a new tool that aims to provide players with a faster, more intuitive, and more personalized gaming experience. Initially tested in limited trials on the mobile app, the system is now accessible via Game Bar on Windows PCs. Currently available only to Xbox Insiders in select regions, this feature allows for instant assistance while gaming.
What Does Xbox Gaming Copilot Offer Players?
The Gaming Copilot beta tracks players’ Xbox activity and offers personalized recommendations. Users can request help with their current games, discover new games they’re interested in, and ask questions about their account information, gaming history, or achievements.
One of the feature’s most notable features is the widget system, which can be pinned to the screen and operated via voice commands. Thanks to Voice Mode, players can get tips or request help when they encounter problems without pausing the game. Simply click the microphone icon in the Gaming Copilot window.
Xbox also automatically captures screenshots of players requesting assistance in voice mode, providing more accurate responses. This allows players to get support directly from the on-screen moment, rather than having to explain their situation in detail.
The beta version is also available on Windows-based portable devices, but some functionality is limited on these platforms. Currently available only to Xbox Insiders in certain regions, the feature is likely to reach a wider user base in the near future.
